Back from our week in Gulf Sores where we actually did very well. Walked on the beach x 2, tried to watch what we ate but as we thought about it...we did share this wonderful "fried cheesecske" the night of our anniversary at King Neptune's and then yesterday on the way back we spkit a Shoney's hot fudge cake...and now that I think about it...we stopped at a Dairy Wueen on the way down and we ended up eating a mefiun Blizzard...I guess I am lucky I didn't gain 10 lbs!!
208.1 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
