Home made bread last night.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes good idea. I did that today- then froze the rest of the loaf for a “treat day” when I’m eating fish and salad 😊lol
