Slowly coming down….. just have to keep going and plan my meals ahead of time so I can stay on track. My skin is looking better from all the water I am drinking, plus I guess not having as many processed foods.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
