My back has been hurting for a week or so now, not entirely sure why but I'm hoping it's just muscular and not something to do with my scholiosis. A little under 175 already, but I pigged out already today and had some biscuits and gravy. Trying to up my protien. Didn't seem to work. Maybe egg whites.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
