I began on April 12 at a weight of 290. I was very successful at first, but I have lost some enthusiasm for this diet. Today, June 28 I weighed 167. I had been as low as 163.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I am in the same boat as you. But I haven't lost quite as much as you have. What have you done to loose so much? You are an inspiration to me! Keep up the good work and let me know if you need any motivation.
