this has been a wreck so far. I'm staring a 1,000 cal diet this week just to kick things off. Knowing me it'll probably end up being closer to 2k cals. but, eh, whose perfect?
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
