I can't believe I'm enjoying Atkins this time and savoring the feelings of being hungry and being satisfied by my food. I'm also enjoying my eggs for the first time ever. Not because I love them more, but because I understand how they are helping my body become better.
I feel like nothing will get me down this time, because time doesn't matter. This is going to be my lifestyle. What a feeling of relief. Thank you atkins.com and fatsecret.com for a great start to the rest of my healthy life. :)
