Following the fruit veggie is easy, but I continue to eat too many fatty foods (ice cream, salad dressing, mayo, etc.) I'll look for a diet and see if I can follow a plan better than trying to control my portions.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
