Not even an ounce of change! I don't understand! I have switched up how I wor out so I don't think my body has "gotten" used to what I am doing. My body fat percentage is 36.8%, which I know is astronomical HOWEVER it's down from 38%. I just bought the scale that tells me body fat and water percentage so I don't really have a history for those numbers. Hopefully my body is not feeding off the muscle I think I'm building....I just thought I wouldn't hit a plateau until the last ten pounds....not ten pounds from the last ten pounds! Any ideas/suggestions?
