Plenty of exercise but too many carbs. Time to get on the 128-28 plan--I can do it if I try--we're off to the beach--we will need to be careful and move around a lot--at least 3 walks a day on the beach. Goal 130 by my party on 12-10---16 days 4 lbs.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
