yee haw! the numbers continue to get smaller...I've decided that choosing to weigh in on Fridays works well for me as it helps to keep me motivated to eat well and not drink wine/cocktails during the week. Ive changed my goal weight to 130 as according to the natl height/weight chart that's a bettr weight. gotta motivate to work out later than usual today as I'm getting hair done. maybe 25 mins stairs, 25 mins elliptical, and leave it at that. and maybe I can get mags to go to 730 class with me tomorrow?!?
151.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
