Did 3 miles on the treadmill. Had stiffness in my back but decided to do some weight work anyhow. Bad idea hurt my back while doing bicep curls. Took a tramadol and I hope it gets better tomorrow.
260.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
