Ugh!! I'm so mad at myself. Back to the drawing board!!!! I haven't journaled or logged my food since before my cruise. It's been at least 3 weeks and that's being generous. I got down to 201 and now am back up to 204.6. I'm not gonna beat myself up. I'm just starting over TODAY!!!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

the main thing is you enjoyed your Cruise and you can take those extra pounds off.

I sat down this morning and created an action plan. I'm the type that talks about my weight for months and months without working out. But if I put my plan in writing, I stick it out. My goal is to lose 3 lbs. by next Friday. Wish me luck!!
