Had a shocking food week, couldnt stop eating, did some exercise and glad i did as i may have put lots of weight on. 6 weeks till holiday and i have got my huge regime which i started on Saturday, boxing 3 times a week, pilates 3 times a week and alot less calories!!!!! So here i go!!! 6 weeks personal boot camp watch this space!!!
