I've been lazy about my workouts. I've cleaned up my eating now adding some basic work outs. I've got quite a bit of ground to cover, but I think I'm ready to stick to it now.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
