Doing very well! The food is wonderful! I love to cook so I am really enjoying this! I am still hungry but hello its a diet! Its only been 2.5 days of no Sugar or flour...i am doing well!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 17.5 lb a week
