A month into and a whisker off 5kg has been lost. That's a good start.
Loosing another 3.2kg in December would be nice but that is something of a stretch, I will try my best though.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 48.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
