Okay, well here goes!! I am so bad with keeping myself on a responsible for everything I eat, but since I've gained so much weight I really don't have a choice at this point. It's either be fat for do something about it, and I want to do something about it for a better me. So here goes.. wish me luck!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
