so I weighed myself again for the 1st time in a week. I'm blown away by how quickly I gained 10 lbs. I'm realizing that this process will be a part time job. I need to realize what I'm willing to sacrifice in order to accomplish this. I'm willing to sacrifice tv. which I can always watch at the gym. seems like I'm not willing to sacrifice sleep or my friends. so what else?/surfing the net and TV. that's plenty hours right there. I need to get that app to track how much time I spend on websites. further motivation: journal, Pinterest, Argentina.
212.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
