So in July my boss went on vacation for a month and I just stopped running because I was working so much, like 60 +hours a week and I just never started again. BUT I've noticed that I still eat the same. I still stay away from the same carb loaded foods as best as I can. Instead of yo-yoing at 255-260 I'm now yo-yoing at 230-235. And that's why I've restarted this again. I know I can do this I just need to find some new motivation.
