oooh GOD I too got stackled in a no movement in the scale..for 1 week and got upset...my weight dint move down as it was doing for first 40 days!....it stopped when came down after reaching 73 kg...!!!
I deeply thought about it....I did the same exercise and same type of food ( less than 800 cal per day, no rice in night )so decided to change the food style and work out regime...changed my playlist....put more effort for last 1 week and now I am seeing good results...I already reached 72...sometimes 71.5 kg....vow...my scale again started showing less numbers.....
I will never stop my work outs till I reach 68 kg....!!! ( actualy my target was to reach 72 kg in Nov end, but I already reached 5 days back....that number) ....now am more motivated and working towards 68 kg....sure to reach that number by Dec end!!!
( today work out data : today : 2.5 km ( 7.7 kmph speed : 5 min)..+ 40 rev skipping + 3 kg dumbells side stretching and hand lifting + 2 kg dumbells 8 times each side lifting + squat with 3 kg weight 8 times + without weight 8 times...yoga for 5 minutes...)
