Drops have been a little slow ♥️ but I’m walking more, started a little resistance training, and just working on my health overall. Hopefully the momentum picks up, but I’ll take just feeling better as well. I really need to keep an eye on my calorie intake. I’ve been feeling peckish and snacking a bit more. Eating during a set window of time works best for me so I’m going to go back to an 8/16 schedule. I’ve figured out out to make the most delicious low cal/ low carb coffee and it has been amazing. This is definitely helping. Meanwhile, I’m going to focus on protein and make sure I’m hitting that goal.
204.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
