My weight is down today. It's usually up on Mondays so I'm happy. I ate a big lunch yesterday, but didn't go over my calorie intake. I think today will be a good day. S.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
