the past two days I 've reduced my calories and I've already dropped 1.5 lbs! Today I started my challenges so I expect to keep dropping at a steady pace until I KILL GLOBB-O.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
