1264 kcal Fat: 51.23g | Prot: 73.35g | Carb: 131.69g.   Breakfast: aria, milk, Egg, Turkey Bacon and RF Cheese Breakfast Bites. Lunch: Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Cracked Pepper Mill Smoked Turkey Breast, Oikos Organic Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (4 oz). Dinner: skim milk, raisin bran. Snacks/Other: Original Glazed Doughnut, Cheddar Cheese Potato Crisps, Heavenly Crisp Candy Bar - Peanut Butter, Rold Gold Classic Style Tiny Twists Pretzels. more...
