forgot to weigh myself first thing in the morning did it in the afternoon instead. need to get out walking in the morning again got lazy this week. big party tonight probally will go over my calories out today have to exercise extra hard tomorrow
250.0 lb Lost so far: 83.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
