Globbo-O is winning so, far. The food log is an eye opener.I didn't realize the amount of calories/fat I consume each day. For years I have tracked my intake but I think cheating reality with the cal. fat consumtion daily. This is how I've put on 30 lbs. I'm sure it contributes to my OA and HBP too. I start back on a regular YOGA, DIET and Cardio regime next week. I can't wait until my weight in next Sat. BUH-bye Globbo-O!
