I CUT DOWN A LITTLE ON MY CARB. BUT I KNOW IT'S GOING TO BE A WORKING PROGRESS TO GET TO WHEREI WANT TO BE AT. PLUS PORTION CONTROL TOO.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
