Obviously, feeling healthy is no so good for losing weight, Now that I'm out of hospital/rehab for nearly three weeks, I'm steadily adding weight. Ugh.

152.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
