1662 kcal Fat: 50.65g | Prot: 67.45g | Carb: 258.75g.   Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal - Raisin, Date & Walnut, coffee, whole milk. Lunch: kashi cereal apple, Strawberries, Frozen Mango Chunks, Plums, Oikos Organic Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (4 oz). Dinner: ultra chocolate ice cream, twix minis, hot chocolate winter, asiago cheese, Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta, Four Cheese Pasta Sauce, Red Onions. Snacks/Other: Pitted Dates, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). more...
