Ate decently during the day, but no food after 5pm. Worked out well. might continue this method, of abstaining from food entirely after 5 pm
159.8 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Just out of curiosity, how do you manage that? I'm not even home on most days until well after that and then I have to go to the gym before dinner!
