I don't understand why I'm up... did everything right yesterday and the day before
165.3 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Same here, same here. It's annoying but keep going. Weight fluctuations are normal and doesn't mean you aren't losing fat. And it doesn't mean you're gaining fat either.

Don't stress. My scale moved down for the first time on Monday, since I started gyming 7 weeks ago. But the cms lost is amazing.
