Due to my cycle last week I would've weighed in at 160 again last Monday....so I allowed myself to skip the weigh in and the look like I was going backwards. So happy to see it was just my cycle and the numbers are back on track. My trainer is off this week, so I am all by myself. I hope I succeed in staying motivated, working out, dieting, and take some weight off. Wish me luck!
156.2 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
