Weight gain due medical issues and now the main culprit to sleep apnea , weight loss already happening with proper sleep and focused eating, no special diet…just working with a dietician who helps me pair foods more efficiently for my body. There is so many positive changes since June 19, my first night of sleep in 20 + years
