Switching diets. I'm hoping that I come home to my copy of the Spike Diet book tonight so I can really grasp everything. I started this weekend to the extent that I ate pizza and ice cream again. And it was the best pizza and ice cream, but probably because I was so f-ing tired from the ultimate tournament. I think I could eat a whole hot and ready right now.

We went 4 and 3 this weekend. I played good saturday and kinda bad sunday. I don't really want to think about how I played. But anyway... It was a really good time. My team is a boat load of fun. Plus with 8 women it made it SO much more enjoyable.

BF is out of the apartment for good today. I think it's going to be a rough week emotionally. Got a hiking trip planned for the weekend though so I am looking forward to that. I think we're doing 18 miles or something. I don't know, I wasn't playing attention when she was telling me. As long as I show up with all my gear I don't care what we do.

Happy Monday!

I think you will really enjoy the Spike Diet! I have been so far - be aware it may take a few weeks getting used to. It took me a while to reign in my spike day to one day versus a spike weekend, and I still do struggle with that on occassion. Once you get that down, the weight will come off like you wouldn't believe :)

I'm really excited to be able to eat things like pizza again. Om nom nom! You're right though, it's so easy to get off track for an entire weekend rather than just one day. I'm thinking of doing the "24 hour" idea rather than one morning to night, at least some times.
