Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 1 slice of honey ham, 1 wedge light swiss cheese
Snack: 1 light mozarella stick, 1 pkg. cocoa almonds (100 calories) bottled water w/ diet lemonade (16 oz)
Lunch: Turkey wrap from Subway: 3 slices turkey, lettuce, tomatoe, green peppers, pickles, jalepenoes, spinach, spicy brown mustard.1 16 oz bottled water.
Snack: 1 cup vanilla chia tea w/ fat-free creamer, 1 splenda
Snack: 1 medium Blueberry flavored ice coffee, fat-free creamer, 2 Splenda
1 light mozarella stick
Supper: Grilled chicken ceaser salad w/ lowfat Balsamic viniagrette dressing from McDonalds.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
