oh its tough to avoid rice!!!, but am doing it....
i took papaya cut fruits 1 cup by 8 15 am today and 1 mossabi big fruit by 11 30 am ...
Lunch: small portion of lemon rice ( no option)
and night definitely no rice , preferably only fruits + oats ...

work out session:
2.25 km walking @ 5 kmph average, 120 rev skipping + dumbbells 16 times + squatting : 16 times + toe touching.. X mornng and also at evening
164.5 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
