I lost 6 pounds in a week! Holy Cow! I'm back in the 230s!! Thats amazing! I've gone to the gym twice this week which for me is a record in itself. My first workout on Monday was on a pre-programs weight loss work out stored in the treadmill itself. There was a point when I had to crank the speed down from 4.0 to 3.0. This time I didn't turn anything down, in fact, at the end I turned the speed up! So proud of that! I burned 281 cals so my goal for next time is 300 cals. I'm lightheaded and tired, but it's so worth it and I know that if i keep it up, it'll just get easier.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
