Releasing alot of water it seems. Day off from workout today so not being hydrated as much. Will possibly spike after hydrating more and working out again tonight. Nice to get closer to the 30s though.
342.4 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
