Another good week...I was able to enjoy the weekend with margaritas at the pool and pepperoni pizza...that's the key. I'm not denying myself things that I want, just being very cognizant of what I eat and how to make up for it when I do. Been really thinking about my exercise plan and how to keep it up once my "adventure" starts. Thinking Thursdays will be my rest day so I'll only have 2 days to work a workout in...have been sleeping well and feeling good. I'm proud of how far I've come. I will NOT make the same mistake this time...will be journaling more often and addressing my emotions as they arise. That way I will not fall into the trap of eating because of my emotions. 154. Wow. Good work, champ!
