I just ate breakfast and I didn't take my shoe off and this is the result. I'm on a weight lost challenge for six weeks. I have to get back into my exercise again. I haven't been exercising for two weeks now. Just jog on the weekend. Watch my food intake too and cut soda out again. Take more lunch walks. I could do this again.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
