Actually I'm down 9.3 lbs from when I started the Atkins Diet on 9/2...My husband is down 15.5 lbs. We're dieting together which makes it easier. I was kind of bummed about slow weight loss but I did lose 1/2" around my waist and an inch on my upper arm in the past month so that encouraged me a little more.
