Hv been eating more & struggling to work out at least an hour a day. Tae bo with dumbbells or daily 6km runs despite feeling weak and hazy from flu. But dwn 2 pounds since last weigh in. Yay!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
