I've been keeping track of my diet the old fashioned way - pen and paper - but I've been doing well ever since I switched to a Slow-Carb diet (I even get a cheat day!!) Hopefully, this continues, but so far I'm very happy!!!
142.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week
