1646 kcal Fat: 37.56g | Prot: 137.47g | Carb: 198.86g.   Breakfast: Muscle provider protein drink mix - chocolate flavored, Activa Vanila light fat free yogurt, blueberries, english muffin, MaraNatha All Natural No Stir Almond Butter Crunchy. Lunch: Amport foods pine nuts, Red Kidney Beans, tomato, chicken, Bolthouse Farms Creamy Yogurt Dressing Honey Mustard, Publix Spring Mix Salad Blend. Dinner: horseradish, heinz catsup low sugar, kraft part skim mozzeralla sherdded cheese, shrimp, Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole grain thin spaghetti, mid's pasta sauce. Snacks/Other: GOLEAN Roll!
