I’m taking a few days off I’m going to have guests move into my home and stay for a year or two and I need to adjust to this it’s my niece and her husband and a cat I didn’t really wanna do it but they needed my help and I had the space so it only was natural for them to come to my home they were living in Arizona extremely miserable found out that they could transfer their jobs to my area which is Mission Viejo California so it is what it is I’ll survive 🤞

309.9 lb Lost so far: 70.1 lb.    Still to go: 135.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
