Well as you can see - continue to gain. Eating tons of junk and sweets. Hamburgers and fries. Mc flurries or concrete mix ice cream. Probably 4000 calories per day! I joined the sports center to walk again but have not made it. Hoping to get out of work by 3 and go straight there. Got to stay focused. Not sure what I am going to do. Very frustrated
197.6 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
