Pizza for dinner last night. 😋 I love it but my body doesn't. Blood Sugat up to 154 from 148 yesterday plus weight up .6. My grandson has been with me for the past two weeks and I'm more likely to eat what he eats. I'll be on my own again next week, I'm going to try and do better.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
