Measurement day

Chest 37 1/4"
Waist 37 1/4"
Hips 44 1/2"
Thighs 23"
Calves 15"
Forearms 7"
Biceps 12"

Interesting to note my hips are now the same size my chest was when I started this thing. :)
219.2 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
