Life kind of kicked me in the balls the first half of this year 🙃 I am an emotional eater and even knowing that fact didn’t do me any favors. I’ve been consistent the last month and a half 💜 I changed my goal to 200. It seems like cheating but I just like seeing the color of the bar change. I’ve decided I’ll update it as I go so I can use the bar for each milestone. I know what to do and I think I know what works for me. I just have to prioritize it and stop self-sabotaging.

I started in April, 46 pounds ago. I can't believe I have lost the size of my dog. You are doing great and it was amazing how much better I started feeling better after 3 or 4 wks.
